USE OF SERVICES
Customers agree to use our facilities safely and responsibly. Failure to follow posted instructions or staff directions may result in denial of service.

VEHICLE CONDITION & DAMAGE
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable for car wash use. We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Pre-existing vehicle damage
• Loose or aftermarket parts/accessories
• Improperly secured items
• Prior body or paint repairs
• Manufacturer defects
• Oversized vehicles exceeding posted limits

Customers should report any concerns before entering the wash.

WASH CLUB MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

• Memberships are vehicle-specific unless otherwise stated
• License plate or RFID/tag identification may be used
• Memberships may not be transferred without approval
• Abuse or fraudulent use may result in cancellation

CANCELLATION
Members may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

PAYMENT TERMS
Customers authorize Shine Brite Car Wash to charge the payment method on file for membership fees and authorized purchases. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of membership access.

TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
By providing your mobile number and opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages regarding promotions, account updates, and service information.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shine Brite Car Wash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service involved.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, operational, abusive, or policy-related reasons.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or made available upon request.
